MT6993 integrates the latest ARMv9.4 CPU IP with 1 XP-Core (Travis), 3 P-Cores (Alto), 4 E-Cores (Gelas) and CME Core(Griffin), along with the latest OpenOS to support various modern smartphone applications including fascinated multimedia experience, heavy-load gaming, and multitask productivity. MT6993 also integrates the latest ARM Mali GPU IP with the ability to render 2D and 3D graphics for an enhanced visual experience.The new Gen 9 NPU in MT6993 is capable to address the latest AI trends in achieving maximum effective performance in AI-multimedia, AI-gaming, AI-camera, and modern social video experiences. (The modem module has been removed)
MT6993 uses Arm® Mali Drage-GPU display and video, support WQHD+ 22:9 (1,600 x 3,840), frame rate up to 180 fps.
MT6993 takes the lead in supporting LPDDR5X memory, and Memory clock up to LPDDR5X-10667Mbps.
